Stockholm Furniture Fair 2024
February in Stockholm is cold. Very cold. But once again we were super excited to visit Stockholm Furniture and Lighting fair to view the very latest furniture and interior design launches from our Swedish brand Bla Station. Once again this year did not disappoint.
ABLE chair by Bla Station
The ABLE chair was the star of the show. Bla Station’s Johan Lindau challenged designers Borselius + Bernstrand to ‘think outside of the box’ and the trio collaborated to develop a unique chair that is sustainable, recyclable, upgradeable, changeable, renewable, dismountable, traceable, serviceable, adaptable, and still lovable! ABLE is more than a chair, more than an armchair. A polyfunctional, yet concrete and honest character. 100% recyclable.
Pocket X by Bla Station
The Pocket chair got an upgrade, with castors added to make this comfortable upholstered chair with integrated storage space moveable and versatile. Originally designed in 2017 by Stone Designs, the updated Pocket X is more relevant than ever to flexible and fun collaboration spaces, lounges and workshop rooms.
Moodbord by Bla Station
The Gothenburg-based interior design bureau Modesty Concept has been supplying Moodbord since many years, using the spacious furniture at their own office where they meet interior architects, light consultants, and project managers. Now available in the Blå Station collection, Moodbord brings order and creativity together in an exact craftsmanship inspired by vintage retail sales counters.

VEVA by Bla Station
In a world constantly flooded with new digital and human-abandoned solutions, the Veva table is an opportunity to return to the simple, the obvious - what the eye sees and understands - in an instant. A colour-coded crank handle is clearly visible on the central column of each table, inviting the user to set their ideal table height - over and over again. VEVA stops in the desired position. If you want a table height of 611.5mm, VEVA delivers. VEVA is available in 4000 different heights if you count every millimeter.
